We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be placed within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must be in the same condition as received

  • Items damaged due to customer use will not be accepted

๐Ÿšซ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned


๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5โ€“7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.)

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

We offer exchanges only if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive the wrong item

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
